By accessing or using the Fantasy MTBData application ("Service"), operated by MTBData ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is a free-to-play fantasy sports game based on real-world UCI Mountain Bike World Cup results. No purchase is necessary to play.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Each individual may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
• Employees and immediate family members of MTBData are eligible to play but not eligible for prizes.

Fantasy MTBData is a skill-based game. Players build virtual teams of real UCI Mountain Bike riders, score points based on their real-world performance, and compete in leagues.

• Scoring is based solely on official UCI race results.
• We reserve the right to modify scoring rules, rider prices, and game mechanics at any time with prior notice.
• All game decisions (scoring corrections, disqualifications) are final.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to play.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
• Account data can be deleted upon request in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

The core game is free-to-play. Optional premium subscriptions (PRO, ELITE) unlock additional features.

• PRO ($3.99/month): Advanced statistics, prediction insights, ×2.5 captain multiplier.
• ELITE ($7.99/month): All PRO features plus exclusive predictions, ×3 captain multiplier, priority support.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Cancellation is possible at any time; access continues until the billing period ends.
• Refund policies are governed by the respective app store.

• MTBCoins are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value.
• MTBCoins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded.
• MTBCoins are used exclusively for in-game purchases (power-ups, cosmetics).
• We reserve the right to modify MTBCoin pricing and availability.

• Sponsored leagues may offer real prizes provided by sponsor partners.
• Prize eligibility, distribution, and tax obligations are governed by the specific league rules.
• Winners may be required to provide identity verification before receiving prizes.
• We are not responsible for prize fulfillment — sponsors handle delivery directly.
• Prizes have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated.

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we handle your data:

• Data collected: Name, email, country, game activity, device information.
• Usage: To provide the Service, personalize experience, and improve game mechanics.
• Third parties: We do not sell personal data. Analytics partners receive anonymized data only.
• Social login: If using Google or Apple Sign In, we only access your name and email.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion by contacting support@mtbdata.com.
• GDPR: EU users have the right to access, modify, and delete their data.

• All content, design, logos, and game mechanics are owned by MTBData.
• Rider names and images are used under license from UCI and respective teams.
• User-generated content (team names, league names) must not be offensive or infringe trademarks.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

• Using multiple accounts or automated systems.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or rankings.
• Sharing insider information about race outcomes.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, point deduction, or permanent ban.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors.
• Scoring errors due to delayed or incorrect race results from UCI.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
